UGAS membership matters
If you have problems with your membership, need to change your credit card information, or need to cancel your membership (gasp!), then Customer Service is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just:
and then click on the CONTACT US link near the top of the page. That will allow you to send an e-mail form to UGAS. Please note that when it comes to memberships, we must refer you back to UGAS, our credit card and membership processors. If they are stealing your money then of course we want to know about it (but they’re not). But writing to us about routine membership matters (or to cancel) will not speed up the process, since all we can do is contact UGAS ourselves. Remember, UGAS keeps all that info to themselves in order to protect YOUR privacy!
